Do you take calls or meetings?
No. We keep all communication in writing via email for clarity and speed.
How fast is delivery?
Starter in 72 hours, Professional in 48 hours, Premium priority in 24 hours (typical for standard scopes). Complex briefs or add-ons may extend timelines.
What information should I include to start?
Title, author, genre, target audience, comparable titles, formats (KDP/IngramSpark, paperback/hardcover), dimensions, deadline, and any references or assets.
How many concepts and revisions are included?
Starter: 1 concept / 1 revision. Professional: 2 concepts / 2 revisions. Premium: 3 concepts / 3 revisions. Extra revisions are available as an add-on.
What files do you deliver?
Production-ready exports for KDP and IngramSpark by default (e-book + print). We can also deliver custom sizes and a basic ad kit if requested.
Do you provide source files?
Editable source files can be added as an add-on (e.g., layered files when applicable). Font licenses and stock licenses remain subject to their own terms.
How do payments work?
Projects are prepaid. Multi-title or retainers can be billed monthly. We use standard online payment methods; receipts are sent by email.
Do you offer refunds?
Because time is booked and work begins immediately, refunds aren’t offered once we start. If something’s off-brief, we’ll correct it within the included revisions.
Do you do custom/series packages?
Yes. We can scope series systems, multi-title bundles, or special formats. See “Custom requests” above for what to include in your email.
Can you work with my existing artwork?
Usually, yes. Provide layered files (if available) and license details for any images or fonts. We’ll advise on feasibility and print readiness.
Who owns the final design?
You receive a license to use the final exports for your book and related marketing. Underlying assets (fonts, stock, templates) follow their own licenses.
Are all genres supported?
Most genres, yes. We focus on clear genre signaling and strong thumbnail legibility. For edge cases or sensitive content, email a short description first.
What about printing specs and spine width?
Send your trim size, page count, paper type, and printer (KDP/IngramSpark). We’ll calculate spine width and set up bleed/margins accordingly.
Do you handle audiobook or foreign-language variants?
Yes. Audiobook square variants and translated title/subtitle layouts are available as add-ons.
Do you offer rush?
Yes, rush is available when our calendar allows. Include your deadline, we’ll confirm feasibility and any rush fee before starting.
What if I need changes after delivery?
Minor text tweaks post-delivery are usually quick. Larger changes may require an additional revision add-on. Email specifics for an estimate.
